BEING HIS HANDS

LOVING OUR COMMUNITY

“All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.”

— 2 Corinthians 5:18-20 (ESV)

Bible

The Scriptures are at the center of who we are as a group. They define our identity, and thus define our mission.

Our Motto

Bringing His Reign To a Dry Land – We are about taking the King’s message of restoring a broken relationship between man and God out into the world.

Presenting

We want to present the message of healing broken relationships with gentleness, respect, and intelligence (1 Peter 3:15). We want to present this to all who are around us, because of our love for God and those around us.

Priceless

We recognize each soul as priceless and strive to bring a priceless message to those around us. We do this within the context of the family that God has designed.

Often, these are stated within the context of someone not wanting to explain why they did something morally wrong. Where does this idea come from and what does God say about Christians judging?…
